Love & Wildflower

Wildflower Pavilion Wedding Love was in the air this past weekend as two of our favorite people made their way down the aisle of the Wildflower Pavilion at the Desert Botanical Gardens. Red roses and deep sparkling linens lined the tables, setting the mood for this beautiful fall wedding.

In addition to the love, the savory smell of butter, bacon, garlic, and other delectable toppings wafted as guests gathered to “mash” their own creation at the mashed potato bar. Along with the down-home favorite, guests delved into a sultry glazed salmon, chicken drizzled with an aromatic herb sauce and tantalizing seasonal vegetables.

“This wedding was special; about half of the guests were coming from the Netherlands, and we wanted to make sure they really got a taste of Arizona. The Gardens provided the perfect backdrop, and the food sent it over the top. Hearing guests describe their favorites in their wonderful accents was a perfect kudos for the entire team!” Stated Candace Voorhees, owner of Arizona Taste Catering, at the conclusion of the night.

Guests danced the night away after watching the newlyweds cut the cake, a fun staple of any wedding!  Arizona Taste Catering would like to thank the happy couple and wish them the best in their new life together!
